Nothing Staff were little polite

The building look color options chosen were depressing. Food was not that good quality. We got sick. The road that you need to take to go to Novotel was really a narrow road. You don’t expect the road that narrow for the entrance of such reputed hotel.

New hotel. Opened a month ago. Stylish. Delicious food in the restaurant at a reasonable price. Beautiful view of the jungle from the balcony and from the central pool. Comfortable bed and good TV

I expected that a hotel in the Ubud location would create a feeling of calm and comfort. And after an overnight flight and late check-in, I expected to sleep there. But I couldn’t sleep because I was moved into a room next to which renovation work had started in the morning. Besides this, I don’t understand how it was possible to invest so much money in the construction of the hotel, but save on the entrance doors to the Room. They have absolutely no sound insulation. If you are a light sleeper, you will hear all the sounds from the hallway. I also absolutely don’t understand how it was possible to make a toilet so small. This is not a 5* category. And the gym is just one name. There are two tracks and dumbbells. That's all. But there is a bath there
